RESULTS CAVENDISH SHIPS STORES TOP TEN CHALLENGE AFTER MARCH EVENTS

The first two rounds of the Cavendish Ships Store Top Ten Challenge took place at our March meetings.

There were some real surprises in those qualifying as well as the final positions at the end of the run-off.

The overall leader is Andrew Forsyth with a full house of 20 points, closely followed by Tony Wiltshire, last years challenge winner, on 18 points.

Steve Holland in his Caterham had a great performance on Sunday despite the issues at the finish line. An issue with the car on Saturday prevented him taking part that day. He performance has 5th place.

New Van

As some of you may have noticed at Test Day. We at Gurston Down have a new van!

The van was generously donated to us by Ben Harrison Automotive and beautifully wrapped by THINKWRAPS. The van is a lovely long wheelbase and high top so there’s plenty of space for everything we need to move about at the hill.

BARC SW would like to thank Ben Harrison Automotive and Thinkwraps for their overwhelming generosity.

If you need a car or a commercial vehicle Ben would be happy to help you. Ben is based in Poole, you can call him on 01202 022997 or check out his website https://www.benharrisonautomotive.co.uk/

If you are looking for a vehicle wrap, vehicle livery work or signwriting you should give THINKWRAPS a call. They are based in Poole and you can call them on 01202 301130 or check out their website https://thinkwraps.com/
